Training
Kalyx provide comprehensive training
and development programmes for all its employees. This encourages
optimum company performance and gives opportunity for personal
growth and development. Kalyx also routinely conducts recognised
mandatory training for all Prisoner and Detention Custody Officers,
who receive up to nine weeks of intensive training on
joining.
Kalyx establishes the training programme
through the annual Personal Review process and in conjunction with
the overall business plan. We provide all personnel with
job-specific, structured induction training to ensure that
employees can safely carry out the duties and responsibilities of
their job. The HR Department maintains comprehensive training and
performance development reviews.
