Philip Andrew is the Managing Director of Kalyx and has overall responsibility for all aspects of the business. Phil can be contacted on all aspects of strategy and business opportunities and welcomes feedback from clients on all aspects of the services provided. Phil is a member of the Sodexo UK and Ireland Executive.
Janine McDowell is Deputy Managing Director with operational oversight as well as leadership for business development. She is also the Executive Group lead for Equality and Inclusion.
Mike Conway is UK Operations Director overseeing operations at our UK prison sites and provides direction for future development.
Darryl Lomax is the Finance Director responsible for all financial management.
Ivor Woods is Regional Operations Director for Scotland with operational responsibility for HMP Addiewell and for developing opportunities with Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. He is also the Executive Group lead for risk management.
Simon Taylor is Commercial Director with responsibility for facilities management, mobilisation and contractual compliance.
James Edgar is the HR Director responsible for all human resources and staff training and development.
Catherine Ford is Assistant General Counsel with responsibility for all legal matters at Kalyx. Catherine also has overall responsibility for legal matters relating to PFI/PPP projects and public sector contracts within Sodexo UK and Ireland.
